on

World record for the BUGATTI Chiron: the 1,500 PS super car has accelerated from a standing start to 400 km/h (249 mph) and braked back to a standstill in just 42 seconds (41.96). This is the fastest time ever reached and officially measured for this driving maneuver for a production vehicle throughout the world.

The Chiron completed the maneuver in a distance of only 3.112 kilometers. This underscores the supercar’s unique position in the extreme performance range.

The world record was set by Juan Pablo Montoya, winner of the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix, two-time winner of the Indy 500 and three-time winner of the 24 hours of Daytona. The 0-400-0 maneuver is the first step on the way to a new world speed record for production vehicles which Bugatti intends to set in 2018 and a further highlight in the success story of the Chiron. Please note: The video shows the actual 0-400-0 run in real time, so it is 41.96 seconds long.

Windows Phone has been dead for several months. An obvious fact for many people, with the exception of Microsoft, which has never publicly confirmed the thing, thus leaving a slight doubt

But the manufacturer has obviously decided not to deny the thing anymore. This Sunday, October 8, Joe Belfiore, vice president of Microsoft, has indeed confirmed half-word the death of Windows Phone and Windows Mobile 10.

Asked by a Twitter user of whether Microsoft still plans to develop new mobile applications or products under Windows 10 Mobile in the future, Joe Belfiore responded bitterly:

“Of course we will continue to support the platform [Windows 10 Mobile, Editor’s note.]. Bug fixes, security updates, and so on. But developing new features / making new products is not our priority “

Again, many signs are responsible for confirming the death of Windows Phone before him. In May 2016, Microsoft separated from its mobile branch based in Finland – more than 1,300 jobs – and acquired following the acquisition of Nokia for $ 7.2 billion in 2014.

A few days ago, Nick Lazaridis, CEO of HP EMEA, also announced that Microsoft had indeed ended the development of Windows 10 Mobile.

After launching its acrobatic robot, Vernie, the company has just opened a museum in its hometown in Denmark. The building looks like a giant Lego game

The LEGO House in Billund, Denmark has just opened its doors and visitors can grow their inventive spirit with the 25 million small bricks available.

LEGO House offers nearly 12,000 square meters of LEGO playground. The building looks like 21 LEGO blocks stacked on top of each other. The facade is also covered with a painting that gives an illusion of LEGO bricks.

A museum for creativity

In addition to the shop, three restaurants, conference rooms and public square of 2000 square meters, visitors can visit four specific areas. While a red zone is dedicated to creative minds from different forms of LEGO bricks, a green area allows visitors to develop their team spirit by superimposing images into Lego videos.

Visitors who want to discover the logical foundations of castles or cars, for example, can visit the blue zone. Finally, a yellow area offers visitors the opportunity to use Lego bricks to express feelings.

It took almost four years for the LEGO group to build its museum, but ” the possibilities are endless, ” according to Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen, the owner of the group.

On the latest steps in the field, the Japanese company Panasonic has confirmed that it has been able to design a new device capable of calculating the calories in each meal in just 10 seconds.
